These Terms and Conditions govern your use of tk75 and form a binding agreement between you and the platform. By registering or continuing to use tk75, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

Introduction and Scope of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") apply to all users of the tk75 platform, including the website at tk75.ws, its associated mobile web interface, all games, sports betting markets, live casino services, promotions, bonus offers, and any other features or services provided by or on behalf of tk75 ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us"). These Terms apply in full force and effect to your use of the Platform and by using the Platform you expressly accept all Terms and Conditions contained herein in full. Eligibility Requirements

Minimum Age
The tk75 Platform is accessible to and intended solely for individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By creating an account, you warrant and represent that you are 21 years of age or older. tk75 reserves the right to request age verification documents from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending review.
1.2
Single Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the tk75 Platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tk75 will close all but the original account without notice and will void and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals held in duplicate accounts.

Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and keep that information up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false name, date of birth, mobile number, or payment account details — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of funds.

Section 2

Account Registration and Security

2.1
Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tk75 account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity that occurs under your account — including any deposits, wagers, or withdrawal requests — will be your sole responsibility whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and contact tk75 support at [email protected] without delay.
2.2
Account Verification (KYC)
tk75 reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents from any player at any time. This includes but is not limited to a copy of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of the mobile financial service account used for deposits, and any other documentation reasonably required to verify identity, age, or payment ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending the completion of satisfactory KYC verification.
2.3
Account Closure by Player
You may request closure of your tk75 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed subject to KYC completion and standard processing timelines. If you request account closure as part of a self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming programme, the account will be closed immediately and re-opening requests will be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

tk75 supports deposits and withdrawals via the major Bangladesh mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tk75 does not charge a transaction fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your mobile financial service provider's own fee schedule may apply.

Minimum and Maximum Deposits
The minimum single deposit is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are set by tk75 and may vary by payment method. Players using responsible gaming deposit limit tools in their account settings may have lower effective maximum limits in place. tk75 reserves the right to update deposit limits at any time with reasonable prior notice.
3.2
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within a few hours of approval. tk75 reserves the right to process withdrawals within up to 5 business days in cases involving pending KYC verification, fraud review, or unusual account activity. Withdrawals will be made to the same mobile financial service account used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit unless a documented change of account has been approved by tk75 following identity verification.
3.3
Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions
Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute through your mobile financial service provider after funds have been credited to your tk75 wallet constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. tk75 will treat any such chargeback as evidence of fraud, will immediately suspend the associated account, and will pursue recovery of all disputed funds through all legally available means. Section 4

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

From time to time tk75 offers bonus credits, free spins, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms and to any additional promotion-specific terms that will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is made available.

4.1
Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion details. tk75 reserves the right to specify which games contribute to rollover completion and at what percentage rate.
4.2
Bonus Expiry
Bonus credits and free spins that have not been used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonus balances and any associated wagering progress will be removed from the account without further notice. tk75 is not obligated to extend bonus validity periods.
4.3
Bonus Abuse
tk75 operates robust monitoring systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinating bet placement across accounts to guarantee outcomes, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to exhaust rollover requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour. Where bonus abuse is detected, tk75 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and to close the relevant accounts.

Section 5

Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tk75 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

5.1
Collusion and Match-Fixing
Any form of collusion between players — including coordinating bet placement to manipulate game or betting market outcomes — is strictly prohibited. Participation in any scheme related to match-fixing or spot-fixing in relation to any sport covered by the tk75 sportsbook is also prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
5.2
Automated Software and Bots
The use of automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools designed to gain unfair advantage, bots, scripts, or any other automated means of interacting with the Platform is strictly prohibited. tk75 employs technical measures to detect automated activity and will permanently close any account found to be using such tools, with forfeiture of all associated balances.
5.3
Money Laundering and Fraudulent Activity
The use of tk75 for money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any other fraudulent purpose is strictly prohibited. tk75 applies transaction monitoring procedures in compliance with anti-money laundering best practices. Where suspicious activity is detected, tk75 will freeze the relevant account, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities as required.

Section 6

Responsible Gaming Obligations

tk75 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. The Platform provides players with deposit limit tools, session time controls, and a self-exclusion programme. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to seek independent support. tk75 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where internal monitoring suggests a player may be exhibiting signs of problem gambling, regardless of whether the player has self-referred.

Underage Gambling is Strictly Prohibited
tk75 takes its obligations regarding underage gambling extremely seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered player is under 21 years of age, we will suspend that account immediately pending age verification. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited in full. Parents and guardians are reminded to use device-level parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gaming platforms.

Section 7

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

7.1
Platform Availability
tk75 endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, third-party provider failures, and events outside tk75's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. tk75 shall not be liable for any losses — including loss of winnings, loss of bets placed, or loss of account data — arising directly or indirectly from Platform downtime or technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
7.2
Game Outcomes and Errors
All game outcomes on the tk75 Platform are determined by certified random number generators operated by licensed third-party game providers. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds being displayed, a game malfunction, or a palpably incorrect payout being credited — tk75 reserves the right to void the affected bets or game rounds and to correct the error. tk75's decision in respect of any such error shall be final and binding.

Amendments, Termination, and General Provisions

8.1
Amendments to These Terms
tk75 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, tk75 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
8.2
Entire Agreement and Severability
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and tk75 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
